Kept it in the cellar for longer than it probably needed but it's held it's own. Nose and taste is of tangerine, grapefruit, honey, and under ripe green pear. The palate confirms the honey, bit of caramel and pink lady apple. Body is light to medium bodied, surprisingly on the sweeter side for a Shiraz rosé with enough acidity to cleanse the palate. Short refreshing length to keep you asking for more.
