I love anything Christian Tietje makes at Cypher. This is s big Rhone blend, starts with 36% Zinfandel, 36% Mourvèdre and 28% Syrah. Year-to-year it evolves and changes with each harvest, overall it's a very consistent and pleasing wine. It's big so think BBQ, Steak, seasoned pork chops!
