Sep 5th, 2022Xinomavro with a bit of age. Tannin to the fore and drying edge to the fruit. Perhaps in a closed phase.

Dec 24th, 20212011: Light fruit gives way to tons of earth and medium-low tannin that holds into a long finish. Nose is mild and earthy, with light red fruit. Quite enjoyable, fetching a few more to see what happens after even longer in the bottle.
