2000 drinking fantastic! Picked his baby up in Greece at the winery, tasted verticals back to 1992

Still very tannic and structured, but with bright red fruit peeking through. Perhaps better in a few years. Serious stuff for under $20.

Nice effort, needs food tho!

Not a good intro to Greek reds. Smells raisiny and tastes like cough syrup and oak.

Pretty light bodied for "black ink" but a tasty little wine

Very similar to Barolo, lots of fruit, sun dried tomatoes? Medium finish, good structure.

Kapnos Taverna, Ballston. Full bodied, nice tannins. Great with lamb.
