Let's toast to all the fathers out there, with this Prosecco. Happy Father's Day.
Pale lemon in color, Clear almost.
Light nose of yeast, bread, grapefruits and lemons.
Medium bodied and round with medium acidity and small bubbles, but intense.
Bone dry and tart in the palate with cream, limes, grapefruits, yeast, apples and white pepper.
Medium plus in length on the finish.
A Nice Prosecco from Italy, $20 at Total Wine. A bit much for an average sparkling. Simple and enjoyable with appetizers.
11% alcohol by volume.

Nice fizz with good acidity and nice dry green apple fruit. Very floral on the nose of white flower.

Great to pair with seafood. Shared this proseco with family over a bed of oysters. Refreshing, but not too sweet.
