Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Starting to get a tinge of raisin. Drink this vintage now. Delicious with food.

Ok when it was first opened. Left it for over an hour and it was impressive. Lots of fruit still left on it. Delicious with dinner. Ready to drink now could still probably hold a bit longer if needed.

Drinking very nice right now. Kept getting the longer I left it open. Lots of nice pepper notes on it still.

Still a decent Cab. Time to drink in my opinion.

Nice wine to have with steak. Lots of darker fruit on this one (cherries, little green pepper, spices). Nice wine.

Quite fruit forward for a Cab when we first opened. Then smoothed out with a more subtle finish. Can’t decide whether or not to age the rest of my bottles or drink now.

Always love their wines. So sad they retired. Lots of dark fruit on this one with almost a hint of herbiness to it. Fine to drink now with food but age it if you have the patience.

Fantastic Cab. Still has a lot of green pepper on the finish, very surprising for the vintage.
