Given how tremendous this was on day 2, there is probably good upside here with a few more years of age.

#rarecreatures are always a treat. Aromatic as it gets. Earthiness & summer melons to smell. The richness of the melony fruit gets more high toned as it opens. Seems like a perfect match for the piece of fish & salad on my dinner plate.
