Smells beautiful... creamy yellow apple and apple blossoms. Round on the palate with soft but tingly acid, more floral/herbaceous/earth and almost some petrol on the palate. Not offensive, but not great. Maybe it will be good with the Thanksgiving leftovers this weekend 🤭
