Apple, pear, peach, honey, Meyer lemon and limestone. Good acidity and minerality.

In Willie's fridge not sure from whom. Bracing acidity though rather one dimensional, good with mixed poke dishes.

Not too sweet, perfect with appetizers

It's smooth.

"Rome's white blend", nothing special but enjoyable. Quite dry. A bit bland.

Having it with spicy Indian cuisine and flounder!
