Frascati Secco White Blend

Tastes like typical Frascati - lemon, floral melon on the nose with bright acidity and maybe just a hint of RS.

I don't particularly enjoy white, but this one wasn't too bad. Reminded me of a Sav Blanc, tart and sour, with hints of elderberry and floral notes.

Another nice Italian white, well under $10. Citrus, melon, mineral and flower pedals on the nose. Crisp light body, pleasantly acidic, a touch of sweetness when it's room temp, with plenty of melony mineral goodness. Crazy value.

Initially the wine was as expected citrusy and crisp but it had the aroma of barnyard. Maybe a different year would be better.
