Bright with round acid. Slightly perfumed nose with soft fruits and subtle white floral notes.

Mineral nose, medium body, ok acidity. Pass

Light and nice. Good for seafood

This Frascati is pretty good, It is very dry , perfect with and in the rizotto, I wont use another wine to cook sea food or Italian rizotto . It pairs very well with grana padano, parmesan, asiago and other Italian hard cheeses.

I think I just found a favorite 😱 very elegant! A mineral sweet scent, mid bodied, great fruit tastes and small hint of almonds!

Smooth, slate-y

Simple wine but one to enjoy with good friends and good food. It's what life should be about.
