Foxi is always fun, every year. Trebbiano in two forms - frizzante first and still second after the C02 fizzles out (which won't take long). Works both ways, a two for one.

Frizzante of all Trebbiano. Medium carbonation, still rich and full of florals and orchard fruits. Apples and pears and white flowers and orange blossom.
Let this sit out without a cork and you have yourself good still Italian white.

You can see the soft sparkles, the day 1 is like Champagne’s day 2 - great for sharp bubble wincers. It has a rich and creamy lemon apple bready thing. Let sit for an extra day and you get an equally fun flat/still.

Delicious citric sparkling wine. So interesting as it pours from a Bordeaux bottle with a very large cork!

Foxi lady is a carbonated revelation of hope and misery. The Bozzole brothers have produced a wine that resembles the depth and floral notes of a diet dr. pepper but the color of a poorly made shepherd's pie. This wine is best paired with vegan meatballs, meat filled vegan balls, and an uncomfortable back massage from a distant relative. Share among farm animals. Smash the bottle into a million pieces upon finishing.
