Silky smooth with a slight earthy feel, more in the fruity side. For a red blend, this really takes on a carmenere style...not quite pinot noir but also not a malbec...off bodied with a refreshing touch. Good for after dinner (if dinner was early). Good pairing with a milanese sauce, red sauce or flank steak.

Hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Full and flavorful, ends dry. Really warm. Good for a cold night or with red meat or hard cheeses.
