Not sure what grapes are used to make this Rose’ Sparkling wine. Medium pink/copper color. Aromas and flavors of red apple, lemon, orange and pink flowers. Short and dry finish but relatively crisp acidity. Mousse and bubbles dissipate pretty quickly. More than drinkable but very basic.
