(Bordeaux Blend from Kutztown, Pennsylvania) I believe it's Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cab Franc. Fruitcake and subtle doses of black cherry. The fruit falls behind tar, cocoa, sandalwood, charred wood, cola, caramel, and coffee. Somewhat thin on the mid-palate and finish, but tannins are light, smooth, and juicy. You have to treat this like a lighter medium-bodied wine when pairing with food. Lean meats and mild vegetables would suffice. Cheers!
