Sparkling blend of Cayuga and Muscat fruit from the Finger Lakes. Light yellow color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, lemon, white flowers and unripe peaches. Noticeable sweetness on the very short finish. Fast dissipating bubbles and mouse with limited acidity. Certainly drinkable but more toward a dessert quaff for me.
