This vintage is not a 8.8 wine. It is a tannic and acid assault on the pallet . I won't be buying this again and am wondering what to do with the other 2, bottles

Well made California cab. Nose is cassis, anise, pencil shavings, and bell pepper. It’s smooth and bursting with primary fruit but also has some tannins to back it up. Also it’s 15.2% ABV so uhhh...be careful.
