First dinner with AV1 group and first bottle ordered. One of two “house wines”, good balance on nose and palate, not complex but let’s not set the bar too high! Went ok with monk fish!

This is introduced as Pinot Noir. Quite good balanced among plum, fruity, fresh @, Risab, 231027

自然な柔らかい甘みに開けたてはベジタリーな印象。
開いてくるとベジタリーな印象は和らいで、赤い果実に変わる。余韻も長くてよろし。
男性的なような女性的なような。優しいようなアタック感のあるようないような（笑）
