Out of Sight Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Really floral for a nice cab. Not overly deep but good acid and nice dried fruit flavors. Aging wonderfully and softening nicely. Went well with the smokey steak at Press.

6/2021. After breathing the flavor became apparent. A 2005 vintage almost beyond its time Enjoyed with Mongolian Beef.

Liquorice, thin, lacking tannins, maybe the bottle was past it’s prime. For $125 it was a disappointment.

Nariz: Mora, cereza, ciruela, vainilla. La madera notable en la nariz.

Boca: Seco, Tanino M+, Acidez M, Alcohol M+. De cuerpo robusto, los taninos aun sin resolver ( joven aun). Con el tiempo abrió un poco.

A deep dark purple color with a very floral nose
