Certainly a rich wine, but a very well balanced version thereof. Clocks in at 15% but that is surprisingly well integrated. Notes of balsamic, olive tapendade, myrtle, blackberry, with hints of sun baked earth and Provençal herbs. Definitely thick and rich with medium to medium minus acidity, but by no means a fruit Bomb
