N:Big & beefy, like very dark tomatoes and bullion. Earth! Lots of it, liquorice,
Always changing.
P: Big Cherries wrapped in ash. Liquorice, lively acidity and drying but delicate tannins. Chewy in the best way.
A delirious meal in n a glass.
A friend says smells like chicken shawarma.!!!
