Two years more bottle time, same profile as last time but maybe more honey and nuts. It is definitely oxidising as it gets close to 10 years old. Still 8 bottles left. Will have to keep monitoring.

Wine is a deep orange. Intense baking spices on the nose and in the flavor profile, with dried fruits. Loads of acidity but also a depth and roundness and mineral finish.
