2013 vintage. I think it's just too hot to make a very fair assessment of this wine...big, round style. Extracted cassis, baked blackberry, over ripe blueberry, mullberry, cedar, white pepper, dried purple flowers, vague creaminess. Creaminess and ever so slight tannic greenness are competing with each other right now and seem a bit disjointed. Wish that I had either decanted this, or saved enough for a second day!
