Deep flavors and aromas of Oak, bourbon and chocolate. This super full bodied imperial stout will not contain itself to the winter months like lesser stouts are known to do. JIC you couldn't tell, I love this stuff!
Incredibly rich tasting with 14%ABV.
Most people would tell you this is a dessert beer and I might be inclined to agree but as you can see in my pic, we had New York Strip alongside and this beer did just fine.

Apr 30th, 2015Following up this bone marrow well. If I have a heart attack and die tonight, I'll have died happy. I haven't even started my pork chop yet. This is the best barrel aged stout I've had in a long time.
