Upon first open I thought it was good. I decided to wait for second day as usually chards get more interesting after being open one day. Not this one. It's flat. Fruit disappears quickly and basically no oak/butter aftertaste. Disappointing.

Color of egg white, a bit haystack color. Nose of good ripe fruits, like banana and pineapple, some yellow pear, a bit nutty and a bit spicy, and actually a bit oaky. Nose is quite good. Taste of good acidity, pretty dried ( the sweetness comes in 2nd sip), good minerals, clean and refined, carbonated Sprite, and subtle fruity note. Aftertaste is bit short, but overall above the bar.
