Timber is important.... In hurling it has to be old Ash... In wine terms it's oak and this is an oak special... Of the thousand lovers I may have let me find 1... The baroness is the one... In wine terms I'm looking for 100 bottles for Bacchus and I to enjoy... This might be one but I plan on consuming the grape for another 54 years.. Nice as a stand alone but incredible with a soya dish...
