Got prettier over 3 days. Chalky finish. Floral and fruity aromatics. Slight effervescence.

Really bright on the palette and had a good amount of effervescence. Great summer wine.

Perfect for hog island at Marshall.

This is the perfect crisp afternoon summer drinking wine. Dry, effervescent and delicious. I could easily drink the bottle myself

Refreshing, light, slightly fizzy with bracing acidity. Not a particularly complex wine but hints of lime and mineral. Very food friendly, perfect for aperitifs, seafood, or sipping outdoors on a hot day

Zippy and pretty, with notes of white pepper and tingly, tangy ginger. Sharp lines and nice mineral lacing. Nice.

Just what you want in a txakolina. Mineral. Meyer lemon. Just the right amount of fizz.
