What a beautiful nose on this Argentinian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot. On the nose, cloves,
Raspberries, plums, cherries, spices that I couldn't put my finger on but still amazing.
Dry on the palate with dark chocolate, smoke, dark berries, cherries, currants and peppercorn.
Angular and bold tannins on the finish. Can be cellared for another few years or drink now. Grapes are grown at 1100 meters above sea level, and aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
This is a Very unique wine, both on the nose and on the palate. 14.5% alcohol by volume.

Delicious but a bit of a sweetness in the finish.

Imposing aromatics, blend done right. Light tannins but good level of acidity creates a full silky body with balanced finish. Pleasant enough to drink solo, but likely some solid versatile parings too.

Fruit forward with earthy notes. Very drinkable, but acidity is a little low. Excellent with chimichurri sauce on red meat. The acidity of the chimichurri balances this wine out perfectly.

Unlike most of the Mendoza wines I've had. Medium to full body. Not overwhelming spice, which I typically prefer but more forward flavors and a tasty finish. Had with mild cheese and crackers. Will buy again. Total wine find.

Color of inky purple. Nose of cherry, tobacco leaves, mineral, some dried strawberries, some cherry jam. Taste of leafy tobacco, good minerals, a bit watery, cherry jam, and zesty notes. Aftertaste follows similar notes, medium short with low tannin. I was expecting more.

Tasted in 2014: elements of dill, coconut butter, cedar, blackberry preserves, herbal roots. Very good single vineyard wine for the money.
