This tantic bottle needs to decant for at least an hour to the lessen some of the acidity but the earthy, mineral favors that you are left tasting in your mouth are delish! This is a combo Syrah, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina. This would be great with some creamy cheeses.
