Nice blend of Malbec, cab, and Syrah, aged 12 months in oak and 12 months additionally in bottle. As a result, I got some black cherry, toasty oak, sweet cherry, plum, and a touch of tobacco on the nose. Another lush wine full of dark fruit, but surprisingly soft on the mouthfeel.. Not as full bodied as I would have expected but that might be because we let it air out for an hour and a half. Elegant tannins and ripe plum add to a touch of spice on the finish. Nice blend.

Drinking the 2011 in 2016. Would probably benefit from another 3-5 years in bottle but with 3+ hours post decanting is good to drink now. Pleasant cassis, leather and mocha bouquet which, whilst lighter, is echoed when swirled around the mouth.

Wow this drinks great. Fruit, acids , and tannins are pretty well balance for the dollar value . Thus is a drink it now or shelf it and watch it get better.
