A wine with our steak for our final night in Amsterdam. It's not a timid one. Hard blackberry. Not a lot of complexity here, but a very suitable companion to some Argentinian steak. A nice level of acidity to work with the food. Let's not go crazy with accolades, but a very nice meat wine here. For a boys night out.
