A warm, hot, dry, spicy aroma. The taste is more flat and heavy, of black fruits. I though blueberries but other tasting notes say blackberries and cherries. A vegetative edge making you want to chew. Slightly tart. Would go well with a tomato-based sauce, would be excellent with shakshuka.
