Very smooth and soft on both nose and palate. Bright red berries: cranberry, plum, strawberry, balanced by a pleasant minerality and bit of pencil lead (all that granite schist!). Violet perfume yet earthy on the finish as well. This will pair wonderfully with meats as well as with a variety of appetizers (bruschetta, mushrooms, chèvre crostini ...)

On day 1 this was so over the top...on day 2 it put Priorats double the price to shame. Bravo David Shiverick, Richard Case, and all others involved with the project.
