Apparently a Soave from 100% Garganega is very unusual according to our excellent waiter at Al Covo in Venice. Throwback post from 2 weeks ago.

Fruity and light with a juicy finish and nice acidity. Paired with pasta - cut through the heaviness of butter sauce beautifully!
