Carbonic. Super juicy and easy going. Still managed to take me to a place I felt I hadn't been before.

Mar 31st, 2016Sort of like a riper Touraine Gamay from a naturaliste. Fairly smoky in a way that would make an associative taster refer to volcanos. Probably rogue yeasts or nutrient deficiencies, but it's a convenient flavor profile.

Lots of carbonic character, fairly structured for the style, a little harsh by itself, but fantastic with Mexican food.
