Pale tan gold. Inviting nose and light palate of dried quince and underripe melon with a bit of citrus rind on the back palate and short finish. Fairly low acidity; definitely from a warmer Iberian climate. Nice enough as a warm- (but not hot-)weather sipper or an accompaniment with spicier meals. Drink now. Very cold.
