Feudi di San Marzano
Puglia IGT Negroamaro
Quite juicy aroma. Blue and black berry taste. Jam. Tanning and acidity is well balanced. Alcohol concentration is quite low even in red, 13.5%. This means sugar is still remaining? @1200, X, 180510

Elegant, silky, emotional semidry (6 g/l) red. Back label says "wines of Feudi di San Marzano are always a bargain" - that's exactly it!
Vivid deep violet colour, purplish red rim.
Lulling bouquet of black currant jam, mulberry marmalade, bilberry pie, hints of sweet spices, licorice, wet earth.
Velvety fruity bomb in mouth: black currant, black cherry, bilberry, mulberry, some cinnamon & thyme. Splendid balance, medium-plus body with gentle tannins.
Persistent fruity finish.
Well paired to grilled pork chops.
