Some fruit left, mostly dried. Tertiary notes abound: caramel, toffee, earthiness. Super resolved tannin and still some acid.
Color me surprised.

Caraway seed, leather, dried red currant.
Red cherry, rhubarb on palate. Good acidity, lightly astringent tannins.
Held up admirably well:)
