Sweet, a bit tart on the finish

Has sweet notes, which I typically avoid, but the mellow pear taste is pleasant, and it paired well with our turkey and cheddar quiche.

Tastes pretty good but maybe too much going on with the 4 blends. There's so many whites I enjoy more then this
