My favourite Syrah region, perhaps the the simply the best in the world in terms of character, depth and aroma. This particular 2015 vintage is still young with tremendous potential. Great bouquet of red fruits of back sour cherry, hints of fresh strawberries covered with slate, graphite notes on the nose. Black fruit with leather, bark and wild mushroom taste with great length that’s lasts a good 30 seconds with power and poise. I bet it will be awesome in 5 years. Sadly still young for this stellar hot vintage.
