Light floral nose with earthy hints. Dark garnet color in the glass but very balanced fruit on the palate with soft tannins. Not sure how it will age but very drinkable today.

Ok...first off: this NOT a real CDP. It's not all produced from vine to bottle in CDP and does not have the CDP coat of arms on the bottle. Although it's a stellar bottle.of wine with BIG characteristics and the obvious ability to age for quite some time.

A textbook Chateauneuf-du-Pape: cherry and raspberry paste with subtle notes of applewood. Pure pleasure. Young but tasty. 21 bottles more left in my cellar.

재혁 군의 깜짝 선물로 수코타이에서 한가로이 낮술🍷 오랜만에 벽돌색을 띄는 부르고뉴 와인! 가장자리는 약간의 벽돌색을 띄지만 전체적으로는 맑은 루비색이다. 블랙커런트, 베리향이 느껴지고 그 다음으로는 미네랄향.. 입에 머금으면 놀랍도록 달콤한 맛이 먼저 찾아온다! 탄닌감도 강하지 않고 산미도 별로 없다. 향이 풍부한 데다 달콤함을 갖춘, 요즘의 내 취향에 딱인 와인이다.

그르나슈를 포함한 론 블렌드 와인으로 코르크를 땄을때부터 기분좋은 딸기/체리향이 나를 반겨준다. 색깔은 짙지 않은 자주색과 가장자리에 약간의 벽돌색을 띄고 14.5도로 도수는 높은편. 맑은 색과 다르게 진한 바디감을 가지고 있어 묵직한 음식들과 함께 먹어도 충분히 잘 어울릴 것 같으며 마치 내가 Cote Du Rhone Y&M 2016 빈티지를 먹었을때 느낀 달콤함도 함께 느낀듯 하였다. 한동안 카베르네소비뇽을 위주로 단일품종 와인만을 마셨는데 이런 론 블렌드가 내 취향인 것 같기도 하고.. 우연히 잡은 와인에서 즐거운 경험을 하게 되어 너무 기쁘다.
