Distinctly savory, the NV Brut Trentodoc opens with a blend of dusty dried flowers, cardamom and freshly sliced pears. It fills the palate with a silken bead of fine bubbles, taking on a salty-to-sweet sensation as tactile mineral tones mix with ripe orchard fruits. This finishes with admirable length and candied citrus twang, tapering off remarkably fresh. I love the balance and complexity here, especially for a Non-vintage Brut. Disgorged: 2023. Founded in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari. 100% Chardonnay, pale lemon yellow with aromas of stone fruit, floral spice and yeasty notes. On the palate apple and pear flavors, crisp, bright acidity with zesty citrus character. Long fresh ending with nice yeasty balance!

Something about the label seems too simple...needs a new one to represent the class juice inside. Very good. - Meyer lemon, pear, chalk, bright.

Bit of toast, apples, citrus, yeasty. Steely mineral. Quite edgy, because of recent disgorgement.
This NV is on par with many basic NV Champagnes I can think of. And even maybe leaving those Traditional Bruts behind.
I like this one is Blanc de Blancs. Value for the money is crazy and leaving no choice for the alternative at this price tag.

A really well made and structured sparkling wine from Trentino. Northern Italy does make some solid traditional method sparklers. 100% Chardonnay. Plenty of lemon and lime citrus here with a nice amount of bread and biscuit. A great value!
