Nicely aromatic, with a spicy yet herbal bouquet. With a fruit aroma I can’t name. Reminds me of the ocean for some reason, so maybe a lemon and vanilla sunscreen aroma? Very smooth mouthfeel, with the spices and mellow lemon and minerals coming through.

At Asheville reunion 10/7/19 opened to try. Wonderful! Earthy complex mature white fruit almost herbaceous nose with great lively yet weighty texture and long finish. What a deal!

Sadly just a bit too oxidized but underlying goodness still comes through and actually it went well with the salmon by amah.
