Delicious, and very affordable. Crisp, clean, dry, mineral-driven, but with some depth and subtle sweetness, too.

Crisp, clean, dry and refreshing! Subtle lemon notes. Nice acidity! Complements pasta in a lemon sauce or pesto.

Has a great attack but bit soft finish. Similar to Sauvignon Blanc structure but opposite of Riesling and Chenin Blanc.
