Nov 27th, 2017Nice, not overblown, full of pretty strawberry and earth. No question this is Grenache dominated, but it doesn't get to those baked pie notes that so many CdPs do. Not one for the Parker palate, but works for me.

Apr 21st, 2017Chateauneuf du pape feraud Brunel 2013
Medium color intensity garnet.
On the nose, medium intensity, red fruits and spice. Cherry, raspberry, and peppercorn. A touch of earth. Lighter than the 2012 even tough it was corked.
On the palate medium body, and bright acidity, medium tannin and warming alcohol in the nasal cavity. Smooth and easy drinking. Lighter and elegant 8.9
