Flirty Bird Sauvignon Blanc

This is my first Sauvignon Blanc from Spain.

Showing melons, green apples, citrus and pink grapefruits.

Might have a little RS. Simple and easy drinking. Crisp and refreshing.

Good for parties or as a sipping wine by the pool.

12% alcohol by volume.

I bought this as part of a recipe for preparing pork tenderloin. Its super dry, with a bitter sour bite to it, and rather undrinkable, but the dinner turned out great. It served its purpose and I think it will stay in the ice box untill another recipe calls for it.

This is THE most sour wine I have tasted...and I kind of like it. If you love sour green apple and citrus, you'll enjoy this! Aerated seems to come with less of a bite making for a more smooth feeling on the tongue. It would be BOMB for white sangria.

Dry, decent acidity and balance.

Label notes - semi-dry, light bodied, flavors of melon, citrus, green apple with grassy undertones. Good with seafood, poultry, salads. Good sipping wine.

Not terrible. Just not great. Wouldn't buy again

This is great... for a $4 bottle of wine. Don't spend a lot on this. But for $4 -it can't be beat.
