
Vintage 2013 | 90 Tempranillo 10 Syrah | Warm, spicy, a bit rustic, rich. When wine has ripened it often is more difficult to determine its origin. My winefriends thought Barbera and I fully understand this. I drank it with a fillet steak and salad and I like the combination of velvety structure and rustic smell. It is a reflection wine. Vines are 75 y old. 24 months barrel aging on new French and American oak.

Vintage 2013 | dark colour, a smell with red cherries, chocolate and tobacco impressions. Vanilla from new barrel aging (24 months) and a powerfull taste makes this a beast of a wine. Still very youthful | Paired with venison and black pudding and sweetened red cabbage.
