YES! Aged Verdicchio--holy hell I'm in heaven. Honeyed apricot, cocoa butter, candied tangerine zest, a bouquet of gardenia, apple blossom, and juniper, sweet menthol and Galliano-esque anise. The biggest treat is an invigorating secondary aroma of white truffle--which carries through to the palate. Rich, round and filling, with a prickly acidity & lots of Pink Lady apple/skin on the back palate. By far the most intriguing italian white I've ever had!

Green apple. Apricot. A bit of honey. But overly sweet. Needs to be chilled more than what it was tonight.
