Bianco Di Ceparano Albana Secco

White flowers, citrus blossoms, lemon oil, waxy yellow fruits. Sort of Italy’s answer to high quality Sauvignon Blanc. There’s an extra gear here you don’t see in simple Italian whites, though. One to break out for things like lobster, Dungeness crab and great oysters.

Very balanced and semi dry. Good choice for a nice evening 😉

Very good lively texture and balance of acids and fruit. pale light body. Good length. This is great value at $18.

Moore B tasting 6/4/19 Women of wine. 2 of 5. Native Albana white. Pale color. Nose of mature white fruits and apple and hints of mild spice. Acidic and lively body and long finish. $17 value.
