Clear with hints of gold in the glass. Noticeable bubbles in the base of the glass but not throughout. Aromas include white peach, sweet vanilla, fresh linen, cashews and floral notes. Flavors include more peach, cashews, a flinty character, medium bodied, bright acidity. Pair with firm white cheese such as gruyere and honey, macadamia crusted fish or chicken, creamy risotto or pasta dishes made with bechamele. Vintage 2015 tasted February 2016.
